Adding pandan leaves to rice and stews is a common practice. The most common way to use pandan leaves is to add them to the rice before cooking. Please take a few cut leaves or two, tie them into a knot, and drop them into the pot of rice. During cooking, the rice will absorb the aroma and flavor of the pandan leaves. Once the rice is cooked, discard the pandan leaves before serving.

To clarify, I will be shipping whole leaves: 2 ounces for $7.50, and 6 ounces for $22.50. They will be packed in a zip-lock bag and sent in a box or bubble wrap envelope.
