To make lemongrass tea, add clean and cut lemongrass stalks to boiling water and steep for a few minutes. The most common use for lemongrass leaves is to add them to rice before cooking. Cut the lemongrass stalks into two or three pieces and drop them into the pot of rice. The rice will absorb the aroma and flavor of the lemongrass leaves during cooking. Discard the lemongrass roots or leaves before serving the rice.

I am selling 14 oz of lemongrass stalks, and I always send more. Once it arrives, you can keep it in a water vase or cut and store it in the freezer for later use. To make fresh lemongrass tea, boil water and add 2 tablespoons of the cut lemongrass. Let it steep for a few minutes and enjoy the refreshing taste!
